PINK pants and leggings were all the rage at a Worcester school as pupils raised more than £1,000 for charity.
Year 10 students from Blessed Edward Oldcorne Catholic College showed their colourful side as they wore items of pink clothing to generate funds for the Teenager Cancer Trust.
The pupils decided to organise the Pink Day after a moving presentation by the Trust.
Headteacher Sean Devlin said: "The students really embraced the day. There were a combination of pink accessories including tights, ties and tutus.
"Students are already asking whether we can make it an annual event and now some of them are volunteering to help other fundraising events."
