A LIVELY debate took place at a school in Worcester as students grilled some of the region's top political brains.
Former sixth form students from the King's School, along with a number of youngsters from across Worcestershire including Bishop Perowne Church of England College, took part in the political forum on Friday, February 10.
The event, held at the John Moore Theatre, saw students pose questions to the four panelists - Worcester city councillor Joy Squires, Ian Kirk-Smith, editor of the Quaker publication The Friend, John Hemming, Liberal Democratic MP for Birmingham Yardley and Mark Garnier, Conservative MP for Wyre Forest.
Chaired by Liz Wheeler, head of critical thinking at the school, the event sparked debate on local, national and international issues.
