Dead body found at Dines Green home

THE BODY of a woman has been found by police at a house in Dines Green.

Officers arrived at the address in Gresham Road at just after 6.30pm yesterday (Thursday) after they were alerted by a member of the public who was concerned for the safety of a woman.

But upon entering the property police found a woman in her 40s who was pronounced dead at the scene by paramedics.

A spokeswoman from West Mercia Police, said: "Police work is ongoing at the address and the death is currently being treated as unexplained. A post mortem will be arranged in due course."
