A WOMAN was sexually assaulted close to a church in Worcester during the early hours of Sunday (May 6) morning.
The victim was walking along Sansome Walk at about 4.25am when she was approached by a man.
She was assaulted close to Worcester Baptist Church before managing to flag down a taxi driver to get help.
The area remained cordoned off by police until Sunday afternoon and officers are currently studying CCTV footage as part of their investigation.
Police are also keen to hear from anyone who was in the area between 4.15am and 4.45am on Sunday morning.
