Pool to close for essential maintenance

Wednesday 07 November 2012 Updated: 07/11 17:33

WORCESTER Swimming Pool will be closed to the public on Tuesday (November 13).

The closure is to allow essential maintenance work to be carried out but the gym and other facilities at the Sansome Walk site will be open as usual.

A city council spokesman said: "This date has been chosen for essential work on the valves in the plant room because there are no private or school bookings that day, so a relatively small number of people will be disrupted."
