LEGENDARY Dutch violinist, conductor and composer, André Rieu is getting ready to perform live at the LG Arena in Birmingham and the Worcester Standard is giving you the chance to win one of four pairs of tickets.
Billed as ‘the world’s most popular classical artist’ Rieu is renowned for his energetic and festive live concerts and we’ve teamed up with the LG Arena to get you to the show on December 20.
The lucky winners will enjoy ‘An unforgettable evening with André Rieu’ as part of the tour which will see the maestro take to the stage to conduct his 60-piece Johann Strauss Orchestra and play his world-famous Stradivarius violin.
Fans of his music can even get out of their seats and waltz in the aisles on what promises to be an evening of music and entertainment and the perfect Christmas present.
Known as the ‘King of Waltz’, Rieu is one of the best-selling live acts in the world and has sold more than 30 million albums worldwide.
He has broken all classical concert records, packing stadiums and arenas and regularly entertains more than 700,000 adoring fans each year.
Rieu and his orchestra currently have seven albums listed in the British music DVD top 40 and his latest release ‘Fiesta Mexicana!’ has reached the number one slot.
