A MAN has been charged with sexual assault and a number of other offences in Worcester and Upton last week.
Daniel Midwinter, aged 39 and of no fixed abode, was charged with sexual assault on Friday (January 11) in relation to a woman being inappropriately touched at the Maggs Day Centre in Worcester that day.
He was charged at the same time with three counts of using threatening words or behaviour to cause harassment or alarm.
Two of these relate to a man making sexual remarks to women in Upton upon Severn on Sunday, January 6 while the other is in connection to a woman being followed home and propositioned in Worcester on Tuesday, January 8.
Midwinter appeared at Worcester Magistrates Court on Saturday and is due to reappear at the same court tomorrow (Thursday).
