MORE THAN 100 couples from across the county showed their love for one another by renewing their wedding vows during a special Valentine's Day service in Worcester Cathedral.
The short service was held in the Lady Chapel where couples were able to re-commit their relationship to God before they went out to enjoy the rest of their evening together.
Those taking part sang hymns traditionally sung at weddings including Love Divine and Lord of All Hopefulness and listened to a reading from St Paul’s Letter to the Corinthians which talks about love.
The Bishop of Dudley David Walker reminded those gathered that like the Cathedral they were sat in, marriage was built to last but needed effort and energy for that to happen.
All of the couples were also given fairtrade chocolate hearts as a gift.
