KEN DODD returns with more of his legendary wit and humour for a special two-night run at the Festival Theatre.
The funny man will be appearing in Malvern on Friday, July 25 and Saturday, July 26.
The Ken Dodd Happiness Show is performed by an extraordinary comedian who hit the big time in 1965 with the longest ever run at the London Palladium, breaking all box office records.
The 1960s also saw Ken entered into the Guinness Book of Records for the longest joke telling session ever with 1,500 jokes in three and a half hours.
The record attempt saw people queuing up at the theatre in Liverpool and going inside in relays to hear him.
To this day he still gives marathon performances night after night all over the UK.
Ken sometimes intersperses his comedy with music and has had many hits records, charting in the UK Top 40 on 19 occasions with hit songs which include Tears, Love is Like a Violin and his now famous theme tune Happiness.
Ken has also worked extensively in radio and television with numerous extremely popular productions.
These have included The Ken Dodd Show, Doddy’s Music Box, Ken Dodd’s World Of Laughter and of course, Ken Dodd and the Diddymen.
Ken Dodd will take to the stage at 7.30pm with tickets, costing £17.50, subject to availability by calling 01684 892277.
